I love the ladies who work here! It's always nice to see them in the morning and they're super sweet. That being said, a couple months ago I noticed my coffee tasted off. It tasted burnt as if the beans were burned in water too hot or leaving it brewing for too long. Not sure why this has suddenly happened but it's made all the drinks now repulsive and disgusting! I hope that this issue gets fixed because I've started going to a different location just to resolve the flavor for myself.

Starbucks has truly mastered the art of making every visit feel just right. No matter which location I go to, the atmosphere is always warm, welcoming, and consistent—it’s that perfect blend of energy and comfort that makes you want to stay a little longer, whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or settling in to get some work done. The staff is always friendly and upbeat, even during the busiest rush hours. They greet you with genuine smiles, take the time to get your order right, and often remember regular customers by name. That personal touch really makes a difference and keeps me coming back. You can tell they take pride in what they do and actually care about making people’s mornings (or afternoons) a little better. I stopped into the store to pick up some gift cards to give away at my stores during visits. I walked in to the Pan Am center location and was promptly greeted and assisted. What became the icing on the cake was seeing the training session that was happening with two new employees. As a training manager for a growing franchise brand, I feel like training can sometimes be a second thought for lot of businesses. It was awesome to see it happening during my visit ! Not because training was needed, but because there was an established training culture that I know will give the employees the information they need to succeed in their roles.

This location has been a target of restroom abuse.. people walking from outside straight to just use restroom..I'm disgusted. Preserve it for customers only and watch who is walking in and out. At least a lock code
