Starbucks Coffee Company

I regularly order a café latte with caramel syrup at Starbucks, but this visit was different. The drinks had three pumps of caramel and were much sweeter than what I’m used to. We weren’t able to finish them. A quick check on syrup preference would’ve helped. Or I thought it's automatically just one pump.

I have been going to Starbucks for countless years, and this store is by far the best one. I am always in a rush yet the employees are always so kind and so welcoming for the short interactions that I have with them. Everyone is always so sweet and so nice, they greet you as soon as you walk in, they even started to learn my name because I’m there so much lol. I recently started a job nearby and have been coming very often. Every single encounter every single time has been the same- amazing. They’re all fast with making good and drinks, it’s always so clean, I could just go on. The teams positivity has made my mornings at Starbucks PGA and Turnpike the best way to start my day.

This starbucks is one of the best in the area! As a local there are plenty around, but this location is my favorite by far. It is conveniently on my way to work too. The shop is smaller, but has a warm, clean, and quiet atmosphere. Sahara is by far the friendliest and most accommodating employee I’ve come across in a long time! Definitely recommend dropping by the PGA Starbucks

I understand you never know what someone is going through in their day and I didn’t expect superior customer service but I am deeply disappointed with the interaction I received from I believe “Gene” whose rude tone and how she answered my question with a missive attitude in front of other guests. I’d prefer to drive 10 minutes to another location. We all have bad days however, the way she treated a frequent guest was disappointing.

Sahara was so sweet and made the long drive to Kissimmee worth it. She was so kind and had great energy. I was anxious about the holidays in general and she made me feel so much better. Exceptional customer service!!!
