Starbucks Coffee Company

Gave them a call since I live 30 minutes away asking about the bearista promotion (the bear plushie with drinks) if they still had stock and they were cutting me off saying "huh" instead of just listening. Proceeded to hang up on me and make a complaint to the police office saying I was harassing them.

Lobby is full of boxes and two Baristas walked out while we were waiting in line of 10 cars. A note had been posted to the door "drive thru only due to short-staff" Sounds like a management and / or Biden-nomics to me. I cannot imagine Corporate SBX being okay with this.

I asked for a simple bag of regular medium roast coffee beans. And they all gave me a dear in the headlights look. They don't have regular coffee beans for sale anymore at their stores question mark? They had zero idea where I could buy a bag?? Not my coffee store....

I ordered drive through today, I didn't catch the girls name that gave us our order, but she was a true gem. It is so rare to see these days someone who is genuinely nice and interacts.

Always good polite staff at this location. My favorite location in Owatonna for sure! Quick service and I always have a good experience with the drink I buy.
