Starbucks Coffee Company

I love this Starbucks! There is an employee here Sara, who I kid you not knows her stuff. Every time, seriously every time I try something new based on her recommendation it is so good and as I write this I didn’t realize how patient she is with me and my indecisive tendencies until this moment , she is always so kind to me. Because of her I never go to the 2 other locations of Starbucks closer to me. I may be a little crazy but I really love this location and it’s worth going here for me. Not just this employee I actually really enjoy the atmosphere here, and the employees.

Ordered coffee here 2 days in a row a white mocha specifically and both days they taste like water! Coffee is expensive to not be making it right, but two days in a row is nuts. Whoever is making these needs training. Also forgot the cold foam on top both times!

This morning I went through the drive through and was delighted to receive quick efficient service as well as a greeting from an employee my sister and I are familiar with, let me tell you about it. Ethan, while managing to procure our order and hand it off to his extremely thoughtful team member Billy, asked me how my holiday was and in my opinion displayed excellent customer service and has every single time I've seen him. He truely comes off as someone delighted to see his regulars. Billy, who actually handed me my drinks, made sure to give me a bag for the food items seeing as I was in my car and clearly going elsewhere I appreciate the consideration for keeping my food items organized and neat while I'm stuck managing the wheel of my car. Worse iced matcha I’ve EVER had from anywhere! I don’t know what the hell this is! I assume person was new or something because I didn’t take my tip back. 🤣 But the matcha was soooooo thick and I didn’t even order the strato or frappe…this was iced matcha with extra lavender foam and there was hardly any lavender. The workers were nice and sweet but this was not good at all.

Smelled like spoiled milk in there. All of the five staff were too busy worried about the drive-through to worry about the customers in the building. Never even got my coffee walked out.. Had to go.
