Unfortunately, many of the employees seem unable to prepare beverages consistently. Each time I order the same drink, it tastes different. Consistency and proper training in beverage preparation would greatly improve the overall experience.

I just got to say that Shane and the team do a great job in making a guest feel welcome and the gratitude they show makes anyone’s day start off better. Excellent teamwork behind the counter and even long lines do not seem to dampen the sense of team. Great atmosphere, friendly faces, and a top notch staff - what a terrific combination!

Absolutely love the morning crew here. Great way to start the morning with their great attitude and warm greetings. One of the few places they write messages on their cups as well. Small gesture but it does a long way. Thank you.

Love this Starbucks!! I drove once or twice a week since I got a Drivers license one year and a half year ago! You people do so well with making my Frappuccino!! Today, November 9, I ordered the peppermint mocha and it was delicious! Any time I take my 8 years-old baby sister to Starbucks, she wanted her butter crescent, she LOVES it!!! Sometimes she wanted her cake pops.

Rude doesn’t start to cover it. Argumentative. Had an issue because I asked for an item that was literally pictured on the menu. People should learn basic customer service skills. Keila needs to be trained or retrained. She had plenty of pep and nice attitude with her coworkers - maybe just tell her that customers matter equally.
