They started out extremely rude when I got up to order. It was 8:45 and they closed at 9. As someone who worked in customer service for years, I understand being ready to go home. But that is your job until you close. So they kept cutting me off when trying to order, and then made our drinks wrong. I told them they were wrong and she said, so what do you want me to do?! Remake them?! Why yes, ma’am, I do. I have a $40 order. I am disgusted with how they were acting as I could clearly see them through the window. I would not have went but my son’s birthday is today and he asked if we could stop after dinner which took far more time than we anticipated. Do better Starbucks.

I was there this morning and this blonde headed girl was so rude to me because I placed a mobile order and she said make sure you look at the pick up time cause we have to prep for it told me I had to get out of line I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AT ALL RUDE WORKERS!!!!!

Overpriced. Manager is rude to her employees. Wait time is insane. I'm glad 7 brew opened nearby. They're faster service, more affordable, and I won't ever hear a manager being condescending towards her employees when I go inside. This place used to be better when the gentleman managed this place. It's been going down hill rapidly. Do yourself a favor and try 7 brew, they're quick, affordable and friendly. They also seem to have a better rewards program.
