Our barista out did themselves today. Love the starbucks at Northtown. In Reno NV. We got 2 drinks and 2 bakery items. They were really quick. Love them

I’m not understanding how a matcha turned to be a coffee, has the menu changed and I mistakenly ordered a coffee?!? The pic on the app shows something different!

Yeah go here pretty often and get the same drink too, sometimes 2 because my ol lady and we went here today and the lady like “oh yeah I’m make your drinks” after she rang me up, and I tip a dollar and yeah she make that shit not taste good i think she ain’t add the brown sugar and stuff, pretty lame because yk it’s like $20 bucks for 2 drinks so definitely a bummer my lady ain’t even finish her drink and normally she will down that shiz so yeah that’s why I’m leaving a review bc I only get it make her :) usually it’s good but this time 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Ordered a Venti, received a grande. (Which I did order 2 drinks and one was Gr) when I told the young girl that took our order of the mistake she made it seem like I screwed up the order. As I was walking back to the table to wait.. I overheard another employee telling her staff to pour it in a Venti cup and add milk! Then the juveniles didn’t put my lid on all the way! I should’ve followed through and checked before I left the store, I’m sure that’s my fault too. S A D

Came here for advertised BOGO, was told I needed the Starbucks app, which was not in the advertisement. Download the app and completed the purchase but the cashier's weren't able to figure out how to apply my freshly downloaded app, so i received no credit towards our half dozen beverages. That being said, the coffees were tasty and building was clean. This is a pretty small location.
