Starbucks Coffee Company

The drinks are made quickly, but really, Starbucks drinks don't vary much from branch to branch. Staff are enthusiastic and quick. But the toilet was really quite dirty, even in the morning the trash can was full of paper (I don't know if they cleaned the toilet the night before?) Some tables had homeless people making other tables feel quite uncomfortable and inconvenient. These people talked loudly, and smelled bad making the surrounding tables not want to stay long.

I've visited this location a number of times and everyone is always friendly, kind, patient, and helpful. I appreciate the suggestions I've gotten from baristas when I'm not quite sure what I want. I have never had to wait too long for my coffee/food even when they are busier.

Josh was great! He offered suggestions when needed, was super friendly and eager to help out! I did not speak to the other staff but they made a fantastic drink.

I come here almost every morning and the quality and speed is amazing and consistent! The baristas are always super nice and accommodating, making every trip better than the last.

I just went to pick up two coffees for myself and a coworker. I asked for whip cream to be on top. As they handed me the coffees I asked to be sure.. “there’s whip cream on top right ?” The girl looked me in the eyes and said yes. I get to work and see there’s no whip cream in both of the coffees. I’m upset and must write the review because I asked again to be sure as a reminder and you straight up lied to my face and let me drive to work only to find out there is none and I can’t come back to fix it. Also have the nerve to ask for a tip on the pin-pad knowing damn well ur a liar.
