Starbucks Coffee Company

The barista charged me an extra $ 1.00 dollar for light ice on my drink then proceeded to give me my drink full of ice!! I have been to several other Starbucks locations and none of the others charged me extra for light ice. I am highly disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

I always get the same drink (blended lemonade) it tasted way overly sweet. Also looked like this was the baristas first day and she had no-one there helping her. She was super nice and did the best she could though.

Thanks for the Pike Place, especially for brewing some fresh when the current batch had cooled down too much. I love the drip coffee fresh and hot!! I didn't finish it right away and wound up enjoying the rest of it much later that night. It helped keep me awake while watching the Aurora Borealis (posted a couple pics hopefully you can see the cup 🙂). Nothing like North Pole Starbucks and Aurora Borealis viewing!

Cianne and one other barista were working the day I went in. I’m not sure what the other baristas name was but she was very polite and my drink that she made was tasty. However, Cianne took my order and her attitude was nothing less than bitter. Extremely rude, mumbling under her breath so I couldn’t hear her, and when I first approached the register to order I asked how she was doing and she rolled her eyes at me as if I was inconveniencing her by making polite conversation.

The baristas are generally polite enough, but consistently get drinks wrong. Please pay more attention, I’m just not going to go here anymore because I’m so tired of mine and my husbands’ simple orders being wrong.
