This is the best Starbucks I have been too. I wanted to try a drink with oat milk and they made me a tiny one and it was great. I have been hooked on oat milk ever since. That small act of kindness made my day so much bc my morning had started off a little crazy. It really showed there is still kindness out there in the service world. Thanks to the staff here for always making sure I have a great morning when I come through! You guys are the true MVP.

i’ve come to the Starbucks all the time because my manager always place a mobile order for you to pick up and she gets the same thing every single time and there’s been moments where the order has been messed up and I’ve had to take it back and it’s been fixed. This time the lady at the window, decided to tell me that she wasn’t going to fix it and went back-and-forth with me about how the stickers are generated and how she would have to re-bring it in and I would have to pay for it again mind you I’m not the one who paid for it in the first place cause it’s not my drink Now due to the The fact that I’ve picked it up so many times, I know the two drinks that she gets and I told the lady I was like it’s supposed to be ice not hot. I love Starbucks, but the staff in the early morning is extremely unfriendly and rude. I spend lot of money over the years. It is one of my guilty pleasures and during thr work week I stop by there almost every morning around 630. I order through Mobile app and run in and I always say good morning and thank you them in a friendly voice, despite their lack of response, their unsmiling faces, and lack of joy. I feel like they are in customer service and have plenty of caffeine available to show some sort of kindness, friendliness, amd joy to thr customers. I still tip and yet its becoming harder and harder to want to. Its the most convenient Starbucks along route, so I will continue to stop, but I think its about time I at least say something and maybe something can be done. The manager is j

Wanted to go get coffee yesterday. Had the choice of 7 Brew or Starbucks. I chose Starbucks because last time I had starbucks it was actually pretty good and they listened to my order. However this starbucks doesn’t tend to listen to what you want. Yes they have good coffee, but it is expensive and they don’t ever do light ice when you ask for it. As you can see in the photos, I asked for light ice and the cup is STILL more than 3/4 of ice. I only had a couple of sips of coffee and it was gone. This is an unnecessary amount of ice. Next time I’m going to 7 Brew down the street with better prices, more coffee, and LIGHT ICE.
