Starbucks Coffee Company

I was excited when this Starbucks opened and have been a loyal customer, often spending $15+ a day. Today I asked for a small cup of ice and was told they couldn’t give me any because they were “running out.” Even when I offered to pay, they refused and said they don’t sell ice. Something this simple shouldn’t be a problem, and the way it was handled made me feel unappreciated as a customer. Very disappointing.

I walked in as if it was my normal day going to get my Frappuccino I have never been to this location so I figured let’s try it. At first, I loved the fact that even under stress, they were also loving and bubbly, but I had asked one of the workers if they make the same drink or like a variety just as a general question the Worker Eli Mention, she makes a lot of Brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso! I mentioned I never had the chance to try it due to me being afraid and not only did she Describe to me how she would make a shaken espresso she also gave me a little sample I am now going to be a returning customer this place is by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever went to!!! The best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Ace is so sweet and Ash made my drink and actually mixed it which I’ve never had happen before. They gave me a free sample of a delicious raspberry cold foam and a little note on my cup to enjoy my day. By far the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had

This is my new spot for homework! The employees were so helpful, and Essence helped find me my new coffee order!! All the employees were so nice and the environment was amazing, turned into my new favorite starbucks near my school!

I never have problems at any of the other Starbucks I visit in both Newington locations, Berlin, Farmington, and the other West Hartford location. I always order a strawberry refresher with light ice and light water, never had issues anywhere else. I figured I’d try this new one since they have a drive-through and the other one in town doesn’t. Tell me why the top half of my refresher is empty? At that point just fill it up with water. It’s honestly just rude when I’m paying $6.50 for a drink to not fill it up
