Starbucks Coffee Company

I stop by this location every once in a while when I’m in the area and customer is great every time! My coffee was exceptionally delicious today so I want to thank Bruna for a great start to my day 🙂 and also Ben who stopped what he was doing when he noticed me standing in line. He had an infectious positive energy and took my order with a smile. The overall staff here really carry an amazing attitude!

I absolutely love this Starbucks location. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and every single person who works here is so kind and friendly. They know me by name, which truly makes my day, and they always take the time to ask how I’m doing and have genuine conversations with me. On the rare occasion there’s ever an issue with my order, they always fix it right away without any hesitation. I always leave with a smile.

Employee Bruna has an attitude problem. I came by to grab a coffee after not sleeping well the past 3 days. I asked over the speaker for an item but forgot the name so described it to the person taking my order. They seemed annoyed so I just attempted to hurry myself along. When I got to the window I was holding my card and she then held the card reader by the cord and flipped it to me. I don't frequent starbucks often, so this was really odd and irregular. The first thing on the screen was a tip screen which is also just funny. I'm not tipping for awful service or to be given an attitude for ordering a coffee. I won't be back here again though. No worries.

I got the best customer service from Ben today! He is an exceptional young man, as I am a former company employee and MBA graduate, he has the potential to do great things for the company. I see a future store leader in him. Wishing him great success!

When you pay over $8 for a coffee you expect it to be correct. Very inconsistent my coffee is always made differently, my ICED espresso is always hot. When you ask for a correction you get a nasty attitude and an eyeroll. Be aware before spending your money.
