If you want to be met with passive aggression then this is your place and make sure you find The “manager” Autumn. When I asked her for a Sriracha for my egg burrito, she so kindly reminded me in the most passive aggressive voice to add it to my order when I place my order, but after further investigation of my label, it was added and she forgot it. It was even more joyful when I asked her to remake the drink but she told me she made it personally so to not to worry and I was because it was a cappuccino when I ordered a dry macchiato. Enjoy everyone! I know I’ll never be back!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. Lots of seating, quick baristas, and altgough it is in a very touristy area, not always busy, and plenty of parking. (But no drive thru)

This young crew is so very lovely - super polite, patient and kind! I went in not having an 100% idea of what I wanted, just knew I needed something decaf and multiple suggestions were made after a few questions about what I like. I ended up with a decaf pumpkin Frappuccino and it was light and delicious- just right for the seasons recently change in the air! Also, you can never have enough whipped with cinnamon!😁 Pluses: - Coffee ☕️ is on point - customer service is top notch - great indoor and outdoor seating areas for a quick meet up or a longer sit for studying. 🥰 Cons: - though delicious I don’t know if I can justify a daily Frappuccino purchase, $7+ for a tall is a stretch especially for such a global brand. I would understand if it was a small Mom + Pop but I may just reserve th

My wife and I have been to many Starbucks shops in RI, CT, and NC. We have been to brand new shops as well as established shops, so we have lots of criteria to judge by 😉 I really want to give this one 5 stars, but it isn't quite there. The staff is friendly overall. The parking is very good. The location is easy to get in and out of. But we did need to have a drink remade recently because it was made incorrectly. We have also found that the overall cleanliness is not quite up to par. Tables are not always wiped down, and the counters are not kept up. I know that it can be difficult to keep up when things get hectic, but cleanliness is important, and you never get a second chance to make a first impression. I have nothing but good things to say about this Starbucks. The store is always clean, the drinks are consistent, and the staff is friendly every time I come in. Dylan especially stands out — he’s always upbeat, patient, and makes sure orders are done right even when it’s busy. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and the quality of service. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back. Highly recommend this location.
