Drinks are always made correctly as we typically order on the app. Staff is always so nice and always have smiles on their faces when we pick up our orders too!

Second time coming here and the same barista I ordered the drinks from didn’t make them well. I ordered a dragon fruit drink with coconut and the lavender matcha tea with light ice for both over the app, and neither coconut and lavender were added when I got my drinks. There was also no ice at all. I’m glad I checked before leaving the store. When I returned them the barista told me, “I suck at making drinks.” So in my mind why the hell is she even working there. There’s other jobs inside Kroger she can work with. I honestly think her training was poorly executed. She clearly didn’t check what I ordered. She needs more training or better yet hire actual baristas who have prior experience with Starbucks. Also pay attention to online ordering next time and folks check your drinks before leav

Nice workers. Quick Service. Nice to have a Starbucks in this Kroger.

For me, this is a great location in between work and where I stay. The layout of the drive thru is different, but not a problem at all. Staff have been friendly and service was just as quick as any other Starbucks.
