This Starbucks is by far the BEST Starbucks I've ever been to. I came in with a request a wee bit over the top so to speak and these girls were more than happy to help and we're a joy to work with. The team functions like a well oiled machine even when faced with my out of the ordinary request. They are happy and efficient and their drinks/food are on point. Thank you all so much for your hospitality, patience, bravery and going far above and beyond to make our experience there absolutely amazing!🥰 You all are killing it! I hope management sees this!

Reserve Street manager "Mack" is exceptionally rude- at the Reserve location. We come here every single day and buy multiple drinks and I have never had somebody be so rude. We started just purchasing a small cup of caramel cold foam because when we put it on our order for one of our drinks it's never on there and rather than cause a scene or be extra we just decided to pay for a little extra cup of cold foam to throw on top of our drinks. Today was the first day we ever got any kind of pushback. She told us she couldn't do that despite our telling her that we do it every day and we pay a $1.25 for a very small little cup of the salted caramel cold foam, she said that people shouldn't be doing that and she can charge us $5 because she can't just do that it "needs to be on top of a drink'.

We ordered a salted caramel mocha strato Frappuccino, Americano with pumpkin sauce and cream, a grilled cheese - and a falafel wrap with avocado spread. The grilled cheese is currently a favorite after school snack - and you can’t go wrong with their Americano’s. The falafel wrap is a new item on the menu. It’s not too heavy - and pairs great with the avocado spread. This location is usually fast. The crew is friendly, and if you decide to sit inside for a while - the atmosphere is calm and positive. They have great selections of music playing in the background, and the tables sit in windows facing the South, so they are always sunny. Driving tip - it’s often difficult to get out on Reserve and there are plenty of car accidents at the entrance/exit on South Ave….you can head to the South

Wanted to say a very special thanks to Ms Ruby (and all the staff) for making sure my daughter got what she really wanted and not what she said 😉 IYKYK. We never get to Starbucks and we're in town for a very tough Dr appt, so it just made our day how kind, and how very apt at reading the situation y'all were. Thank you sweetheart 😘

Even though my drink got mixed up, they got my name wrong and they were super busy... But they did have really good coffee. I ordered the caramel macchiato grande, I did get that same coffee but with extra stuff in it. I waited in line for about 20 minutes. Despite the mix up, the staff there was super friendly and worked diligently to get orders made. The drive through was super busy so we chose walk in, but it was just as busy. I would call in advance for this particular spot and maybe check your order because they are busy and may get orders mixed up. But it is a great place!
