So, I never enjoy writing negative reviews, but this has happened multiple times now. Drinks not being right, taking almost an hour for a drink, or them forgetting your food. I ordered a dragon drink, and this is what I received. They’re all super sweet, just don’t get the orders right. For drinks so expensive you need to.
Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE! Every SINGLE time I try and order from this location they mess up my drink. Wrong syrups, wrong milk, hot instead of iced, I’ve ordered a CHAI latte twice and ended up with an espresso latte. At least the app works decent but good luck ordering in person, you end up waiting 30+ minutes for a drink that’s WRONG!! Save your money and just go buy coffee from somewhere else on campus or if you have the time go to a Starbucks off campus where they ACTUALLY do their jobs.
If you can’t get a shot of espresso right and your cappuccino tastes like hot water, are you really a Starbucks. Two stars bc the workers are nice. Don’t got your morning fix here.
A lot faster than last year's Starbucks in the Union. Santana is the goat.
