I ordered a Vanilla sweet cream cold brew which is always sweet when I order it (the way I like it). Before I left I decided to try it, very bitter, so I went back and told the barista that it didn’t taste right. She offered to remake it but I said that maybe adding more sweet cream would help. It didn’t, so she happily remade it. And was very kind about it, I really appreciate her willingness to ensure my drink tasted the way I wanted it to.
