Starbucks Coffee Company

I love this Starbucks! I order through DoorDash because I don’t drive but every time I order it’s always exactly what I want! I love the little messages on the coffee cups! Mine today said ‘you can do anything’ and I love that! Keep it up!

I'm going to keep writing this review until Starbucks either: acknowledges people in their cafes; or I just stopped going altogether. Starbucks keeps saying they want to reconnect with their origins by being a comfortable place to come, sit and have a cup of coffee Every time I walk into a Starbucks I am put in the queue with online orders and perhaps drive up orders. I have literally stood and waited fifteen minutes for my tea, not even a complicated coffee beverage. If they really want to bring back the cafe feel of their stores, they've got to treat people who stand there in front of them as welcome and priorities. In person orders should receive priority preference in their system. Oh, and bring back seating.

Here's my advice to Starbucks: if you really want to bring back the coffeehouse feel, treat your in-store, in-person guests with attentive service. Nothing is more infuriating than standing in the store waiting 10 minutes for your order while app and drive-ups are processed. Give in-store orders priority. Some of us are looking for the personal experience. No amount of "hello" or cute notes on cups will over compensate for being put in "the queue."

This was the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Clean, nice people and just a really good experience

It would be a miracle if I could get my drink made right twice and actually taste the same. It's not a hard drink to make and I spend quite alot on it for me to just come home and throw it away multiple times a week. And when I say, hey this isn't right I get the side eye from the manager and she acts like I wronged her somehow.
