She consistently goes above and beyond, and she takes customer service seriously in the best way possible. From the moment she helped me, she showed the utmost respect, honesty, and genuine care. She even shared her favorite breakfast recommendations — and they were outstanding. It’s rare to meet someone who brings this level of passion and positivity to their job. Keke deserves full recognition for the incredible work she does every day. Please make sure she knows how much she is appreciated. My wife, my family, and I love this location because of people like her. Other stores could learn a lot from this woman!

The girl making drinks at the bar she had a scar on her chin and was working Thursday at 10:45am she’s a pretty miserable human and should really consider a new career because for a store that NEVER has any of the proper ingredients for there signature drinks she really should have a better attitude especially because whip cream isn’t an extra cost it’s FREE and being kind is FREE! I miss when Starbucks actually felt like a 3rd place and made you feel like it’s home and not a rude nasty shop! Do better Starbucks your attitude means everything

This is my go to Starbucks. I've been coming here for years! Never had any issues, employees always nice. But tonight was the complete opposite. The lady at the window was very rude. Today's date is January 18th 2026 at 7:28pm just for accuracy. In addition to her all the other employees were not nice. There was another lady that walked up to the winow and just turned her back to us and leaned on the window, no acknowledgement, no hey we will be with you in a moment. When the lady that took our order walked up the the window no greetings just a nasty stare. This was so bad I might not ever come back especially at this time of night. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I'm a paying customer, I'm not begging for free drinks. Also made my drinks terribly. Awful.

rudest woman at drive through. i repeated my name on the app several times and she kept telling me they need the name of the drink, not the order, and i say multiple times the name of the mobile order which is a descriptor of what i want, and she refuses to listen and instead condescends me. when i show her my name on the app at the window being exactly what i said, she doubled down. i just dont understand. i know customers are annoying but it gets to a point. its not the first time ive experienced this here. this is whats wrong with our society

They’ve been out of classic syrup for over 1 week. This is not the first time they are out of product for 4+ days. I have never experienced this at any other Starbucks and I have lived in many different states. They need new management! I now have been going down the street to Aventura for the past week and will continue going there moving forward.
