Sandra and Shawn have some of thee best energy and passed the vibe check. I stopped by this location to get a warm drink. Did y’all know that the pistachio latte is back?! I’m pressed. Anywho, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and provided excellent customer service. More of this — kindness, humility, being humorous, and positivity, is needed, and especially with all of the craziness going on in our country and world. The person who made the drinks must’ve been mad I placed a big order. The new staff seems to always be in a bad mood unlike the past staff who were always so welcoming. I got my order and the lady gave me a huge attitude on top of throwing me the cup holders I asked for rather then handing them to me like a normal person. Wasn’t nice at all, this happened at 12:04-12:06pm. Wish I got her name but she wasn’t so rude she wasn’t even responding. Definitely won’t order anything again specially if she’s there beating so rude.

I got a chai latte, but their machine was broken, so the lady suggested something else. It wasn't as good as I hoped, but Michelle and the other girl were super nice and tried to fix it. It was busy, so most of the seats were occupied

There was this passive aggressiveness when I was looking at the cups when I was looking for a hello kitty cup or anything. I didn't even do anything. I understand they was just letting me know there was no more cups or certain merchandise but chill out abit
