Starbucks Coffee Company

This Tarbucks is a joke. They are never properly staffed (poor baristas) and the wait is extremely long. Target is also extremely greedy, and will only let you use your Starbucks stars towards the base drink, and NOT any customizations. After redeeming stars for a "free" drink, I still ended up paying for it. Target needs to do better.

The batista did a great job on my pink drink! I loved the strawberries on the whipped cream i added!

Excellent customer service!!! I received a poorly made drink the other day, and Today the barista made it right. She was the only one working and was handling a lot of guests simultaneously. Additionally, she continuously remember my name throughout the whole interaction and double checked to make sure that the drink was ok. Thanks!

Staff is very poorly trained relative to other stores. Consistent mistakes on very simple orders and wildly unprofessional/inappropriate conversations in front of customers. When you are describing the 'wildest night of your life' to your coworker with a child next to me it is more than a bit uncomfortable.

Shocked at service. Can’t believe no one in Target could help the poor woman who was running solo at Starbucks from 7-8am on a weekday morning. So disappointed. Avoid on a weekday at this time if you’re in a rush.
