Starbucks Coffee Company

Our sandwiches were in the wrong bag for one and for two my girlfriend didn't even get the right size drink even though it was clearly labeled. And I asked for no foam on mine and I got foam on mine. Literally this was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with Starbucks. We literally spend so much money at your restaurant it's very disappointing. I even kept trying to call the phone and nobody would answer. Not impressed

It was my first time visiting the Starbucks in Medford, Oregon, and I had a wonderful experience! The store has a welcoming vibe, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The coffee was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

We still have been patrons of Starbucks for over a decade. My spouse loves hot Chai latte with cinnamon dashes. I enjoy Pistachio latte much. We savour hot Gouda & bacon turkey sandwich.
