Starbucks Coffee Company

Horrible branch of Starbucks! If you can go somewhere else don’t waste your time on this one. I ordered my coffee on the app, when I arrived there I waited two cars infront of me total of 11 minutes, once I pulled up I waited for another 4 minutes looking at everyone inside walking around and my cup was right next to the window, they handed me the cup and I swear there are no two shots of coffee in this! It is primarily milk! Next time I will just make a k-cup at home it will be ten times better!

Service is really bad. When I got to the counter no one acknowledged me and there were five people behind the counter. They had my order incorrect and they are looking at my like it’s my fault. Starbucks in general has gone down hill with quality and service so not surprised.

I'm rather disappointed with the service at this location. I don't really have a problem with the other location, but at this particular one, the workers usually get the drinks wrong, have really bad attitudes, or the drive-thru ends up taking too long that it's not even worth the wait. Also, a recent situation I had that especially left me disappointed makes me not want to come here again. I was in the drive-thru for two drinks, I got my drink, and I gave the other one to my sister. As we pulled out my sister realized they got her drink wrong, so we went inside the store, and luckily it wasn't busy, so we didn't have to wait in line, but we informed one of the workers that we got the wrong drink, and they said they would fix it and told us to wait. We waited 10 mins by the pickup counter

The new building is very spacious and welcoming compared to the older one near the mall. Very nice employees and good service. The amount of tables for a Starbucks is pretty good, there are alot of 4 person booths. Parking lot is amazing and had a drive through what else can you ask for.

Management needs to do something! I never leave reviews. This Starbucks is so unbelievably slow. The workers don’t even greet you. They all just give you the blank stare. I have had to get out of the drive through multiple times because it takes 15-20 minutes plus just to get your coffee. It is even this slow when the line is not long. I don’t understand what is going on here. Instead of the company replying to these reviews, how about make some changes.
