Starbucks Coffee Company

This particular location needs a whole new crew or maybe new management. Every time I’ve gone in, it’s like dead air. No greeting, no smiles, just poor customer service. I placed my regular order for tea and after a few sips, I notice some texture. I remove the lid and find that the liquid inside the cup is completely opaque with chunky white bits floating. And not just a few, it is full of this. Why? I should be able to see the bottom of the cup through the tea. So I take it inside and show it to a barista and she says “oh, I don’t know, maybe someone didn’t wash the pitcher before using it.” Disgusting!! I was horrified! She said she would make a note of it but and make a free drink next time. However, she never asked for my name. She had absolutely no concern or interest in resolving

The Starbucks was super busy this morning. I placed my pickup order 15 minutes before I got to the Starbucks. Once inside my order was not complete. There are 5 workers and they are all working as hard as they can except one. The lady who was taking the drive thru orders. She is just standing around. Not answering the phones, nor jumping in to help with making orders. She was the only one not wearing a name badge as well. She should have better customer service and actually help her team to get customers in and out!!

We always come here on Sunday mornings and I love the way they make the drinks I gave them the recipe for.

What in the Scooby Snacks is this? My drink had espresso grounds in it — I’ve never seen that in my life. I also asked for oat milk and blonde espresso, but apparently that wasn’t rung up correctly. The staff was really nice, but the order just wasn’t right and the drink wasn’t enjoyable.

Came here to use a gift card and my daughter has been begging to try a Starbucks. Place was clean on the inside. Plenty of seating for a Friday afternoon. The staff was pleasant and we got our drinks quickly. No problems here.
