New renovation looks beautiful, so much space to sit and enjoy a drink with friends. Manager is very kind. I know some of the reviews are bad about new baristas, but they’re learning. Be clear and communicate exactly what you want, and if you don’t get it, ask for help. Check your drink before you leave, and be respectful. You were new once too!!! Beautiful location and lovely staff

nat was the best barista of all time. makes the best drinks. serves very fast. she is one of the greater people that i have ever met. i strive to be like her someday. the way she presents herself is the way the it shows this location of starbucks and it is pretty damn good

Service extremely slow, 24 minute wait for a PSL. They were not busy by any means. Two customers ahead of me totaling 4 drinks. Even worse they didn’t even give a full cup, after looking, it was only 3/4 full. Very disappointing and would not go back.

My phone was dying & although I stopped in to charge my phone, the manager & sweet staff (Shelly-manager) Chelsea & Alyssa) greeted me & instantlyyy made me feel welcomed!! I stated how I never had Starbucks before really so I wouldn’t know what to get if I tried- they made me a lemonade- managers treat! How special & how sweet.. such simple gestures made me want to pass on the love & pay for the next person. What I pleasant interaction that sets the tone for the new year. I WILL BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. The way they treat their customers speaks volumes. Thank you Shelly, Chelsea & Alyssa!

Those reviews were not lies. I called as well at around 9pm before closing and they told me to come at 4am ish and we would be allowed to purchase first come first serve. When the 2 workers arrived, they told us waiting in line that they don't have any to sell because the store manager, which was an African American women, "had to fulfill her own orders" meaning she resold it herself for profits. It's not about the cup, its about lying and making us wait for hours giving us false hope. It's wrong and store manager scalping.
