I just want coffee from a buisness. I dont need to see what flag you're into. BTW, you didnt even get my huge order right. I ordered x2 traveler boxes: decaf and regular and you didnt even give me decaf. Half of my elderly residents cant have caffeine and it was embarrassing for me and a wast of grant money. The residents were really let down. Ill be going to a different store for my monthly events.

Ezra IMMEDIATELY welcomed us into this location and then gave us exemplary service right down to making our drinks for us. This was head & shoulders above what one normally experiences in today’s hectic world! Thank you Ezra for making our day! We will return to this Starbucks because of Ezra!

This is genuinely the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and I’ve visited a lot of them over the years while traveling across the country for both military work and business. As of the 2025 holiday season, the employees have been consistently kind, friendly, and welcoming in a way that stands out. The employees are so incredibly rude, does your staff know that they are in customer service? I ordered cold foam on my drink from the short girl with the black hair and she must’ve forgot to add it which is fine, even though I ordered my grande drink in a venti cup so I could gave extra cold foam. And then I got my drink and said to the blonde girl that was on bar that they forgot to add the cold foam. So the blonde girl goes and asks the black haired girl on register if I asked for cold foam, and the black haired girl says no, and they both looked at me from the register with the rudest look. Then the blonde girl comes up to me and says “I guess I can do it for you but you didn’t say that you wanted cold foam on it” and then proceeds to just be so rude to me about it and hands me the dr

I come to this location often because it’s right by my house. I order a variety of different drinks depending on the day and no matter what it always tastes bad as if they’re not following the measurements. Drinks either taste extremely watered down, bitter, coffee shot burnt, way too much of an ingredient or hints of another drink item as if they didn’t rinse out the leftover residue in the cup from past drinks made. If I have time I usually end up going to another Starbucks and have them remake the drink and it always tastes how it is supposed to (tastes good). Maybe the employees need to be trained again on how to make the drinks.
