Starbucks Coffee Company

Employees are always extremely nice, and my order is always right! However, the service is just about always super slow. The last few times I’ve been I sat in line at least 15 mins (with only 2-3 cars I. Front of me) before getting to the window to sit another few minutes while they finish my order. Today was no different. Also, today AFTER placing my order I was notified that they're only accepting gift cards, cash or pay through Starbucks app. They are always really nice, but not my favorite location.

Starbucks Belton Missouri The facility is well lit. Drive thru was busy. The staff was pretty fast. But one person was standing around looking at his phone - if it was an employee off duty or a manager they really should not be in eyesight of waiting clients. Parking is good and handicap parking exists. My croissant was heated and it was perfect. On the downside this location is not real clean. The floors have serious dirt build up and should be hot water brush scrubbed and clean mopped. See pictures. The walls had dirty marks, the area behind the counter had spills all over the fronts of the cabinets. The leather seating was nice once upon a time but spills and wear are taking their toll.

This location needs to improve on learning how to make good matcha. Whether it be hot or iced I’ve had to be extremely aggressive in order to receive a half decent drink. Last time I ordered pickup they hadn’t even started on by drink while I was standing there. Not pleased with the time or quality of service. Sorry.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks out of any that I’ve been to (and been to locations at across numerous states). The drinks are always great, the staff is very polite and the store looks clean. There is one guy at the drive-thru, I’m pretty sure his name is Kevin, who always makes me smile. He’s so nice and so easy to chat with, he is a great start to the beginning of a work day!

Great location. My coffee is always made just as I request it.....customer are treated with patience and importance.....great manager there!!!
