Starbucks Coffee Company

My first time at this Starbucks, and I loved it! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite being busy, it has such a nice vibe – perfect for enjoying your coffee or getting some work done. A wonderful spot to slow down and relax. Highly recommend!

I used to enjoy coming to this Starbucks, the employees were all very nice and seemed to get along with each other well. But lately the morale is extremely low and I have hunch it has to do with the new manager? Heavy set woman with dark hair. I've witnessed her be extremely rude and combative towards customers as well as other employees. I will no longer be coming to this store hopefully something changes soon for the sake of these employees.

Online Order. I drove here because my local Starbucks was out of the item I wanted. After waiting, they informed me that they were out of that item as well. I reordered and they gave me a free drink and extra food items to make it right. Great staff. I was happy after a bad situation.

Only giving 3 stars because the guy was nice. My husband just went in and got me a Carmel frappuccino, I was in a rush to leave or I would have brought it back in. It's awful. It tastes like water and a little bit of coffee since I got a shot of espresso. There's no Carmel flavor or sweetness except for the Carmel drizzle in it. I just left the hospital after a long appointment so it was a huge bummer.

I really enjoy this Starbucks. It is my favorite one to go too. I enjoy the staff and the cleanliness of the facility.
