What is happening here?! I’ve never ever had to wait 20+ minutes in the DRIVE THRU anywhere, but somehow that happens EVERY time I come here. Going inside is not any better. And I order ahead every single time but still have to wait this long. Don’t even bother ordering food because they’ll give it to you freezing cold with a smile on their face like you’re not about to eat the coldest and soggiest bagel or grilled cheese of your life. I don’t know why I keep wasting my money and time here, will be going literally anywhere else moving forward.
Genuinely the worst starbucks location ever due to the parking lot. Drive thru goes through parking spots for multiple other businesses which it does clearly say “DO NOT BLOCK” so that people can get out of those spots. However if you actually stop and don’t block everyone behind you will beep or cut in front of you in line. Then if you do move up after everyone harasses you, you block everyone in and deal with people aggravated that the starbucks line is blocking them into their parking spot. HOT mess. It doesn’t help that the line doesn’t move either. Sat there for 40 minutes and got a cold hot chocolate and cold food. Saw multiple people getting into arguments in the time i sat in this line. Horrendous. Maybe they need better signage for people to NOT BLOCK because if you actually liste
I’ve noticed that mobile orders seem to take longer. My drink was ready 12 minutes after the app said it would be. It seems like the drinks are not made in the order they are received. After I asked the staff, they made my drink. It might help to adjust the timing on the app or improve how orders are prioritized. I understand the drive-through needs to be fast, but maybe more staff could help balance things out. Also, the ice cubes in the drinks are bigger than other locations. I finished my drink and the ice still almost full cup. The staff are nice.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue at Starbucks. I arrived around 15 minutes before closing, expecting to grab something quick — but several items were already unavailable. I understand closing time is 9 PM, but it felt like the store was already shutting down by 8:45 PM. If the location stops serving or restocking before the posted hours, maybe the hours should reflect that. It’s frustrating to show up in time and still leave empty-handed.
Do you have a branch in the usa that has an average wait time for a single coffee less than 20 minutes? There should be the wives Starbucks and the husbands out back. Sick of this waiting game and your food is cold and overpriced trash
