Starbucks Coffee Company

It’s the smallest Starbucks coffee shop I have been to, but it’s still clean I placed a mobile order for a Dubai Chocolate Mocha, and I didn’t end up talking to any of the baristas I was pleasantly surprised by the 10-minute parking spaces for mobile orders (compared to the 5-minute parking spaces I am used to seeing at other Starbucks coffee shops) My order was ready by the time I arrived, and since it was the first time I’ve ordered this specific drink from Starbucks, I wasn’t sure what to expect While it isn’t my favorite drink from Starbucks, it wasn’t the worst, and I would consider reordering it in the future

I am a faithful Starbucks customer. I go to Starbucks multiple times a week. I have never had such bad customer service at any other starbucks like I have at this location. If I do not pre order I'm waiting at least 20 minutes for my drinks. If I do pre order I'm still waiting at least another 10 minutes after my drinks are supposed to be done. Once I got a text that my drinks were done and I still waited another 5 minutes for my last drink. I also sat and watched 1 person make all four of my drinks while three other employees stood off to the side laughing and talking. This past week was the last straw. Once again I waited 10 minutes passed the time my drinks were supposed to be finished, took my drinks to my daughter's house and one of them was wrong. One was not even labeled. They di

The coffee was not fresh, but cost $3.75. The turkey/bacon/cheese sandwich was an insult. At 3pm (right after I ordered) I was told that I could not stay in the cafe, as it was closing. 3pm? Really? So I was told to eat and drink my coffee on the patio on a cold, windy 35 degree day? The blue haired, they/them working the counter was so fake for a tip. I contacted Starbucks corporate and basically was given AI attention. It looks like Wawa and Dunkin' Donuts are way above Starbucks. No wonder their earnings every quarter are negative.

Disappointing experience at Starbucks. I ordered a triple espresso in a venti cup and got a cup filled with ice and barely any coffee. When I asked about it, the barista seemed unsure and said they could only add 3 shots of espresso and filled the cup with ice because it was 'too big' and the ice filled up the space. Um, wrong. I've ordered this drink before with no issues. Not impressed with the lack of knowledge and poor customer service. Reading the views it all makes sense as well.

This is the first time I see Starbucks where cleanliness is overlooked. The employee serving Drive true tied his shoes on the counter. There were also some empty glasses in the garden and the sinks were very neglected. There was no soap, the floors were not clean. I will definitely not come again.
