This was not my first time at this location but it was my first disappointment. Today I tried to load my app to use the app to pay for my drinks. The person charged my card and then without loading the funds on the app 1st? That seems to be a small mistake so ok...then I advise the manager again and she took over to fix the mistake...Why did the manager do the same thing again? So that strike #2...ok line is long I am trying to be understanding...but. I now get my order and wouldn't you know it...its absolutely wrong...strike#3...coffee half full and absolutely missing the topping that comes with the drink...so not only was my time wasted..but everyone waiting behind me to get their order wasted... I know people say that alot..but I mean this I usually don't post stuff like this becau

I use the drive thru and have never eaten any food they tend to run out of peppermint when it gets into the season. This happens every year. Wish they would learn from prior years and be better prepared.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Starbucks location never disappoints! I stopped by and ordered a Venti Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai Tea and a Grande Caramel Brûlée Latte, and both were absolutely perfect. The chai was spiced just right with the gingerbread flavor adding a cozy holiday touch, and the oatmilk made it so smooth. The Caramel Brûlée Latte was rich, creamy, and full of festive flavor—perfect for a chilly day. The baristas were friendly, quick, and got my order exactly right, even during a busy rush. The atmosphere was welcoming, and my drinks were served with a smile. This is definitely my go-to Starbucks for great drinks and great service! Highly recommend! Great place ! Friendly baristas!! My baristas are better than yours! Artista's at that! ♡ We are regulars in the sense that they know who we are when we pull up to pick up our daily coffees! Not only do they make us feel like family but they may be some of the best friends I have LOL we love our Loveland Starbucks! ♡♡♡♡♡

So im updating my review from 6 yrs ago... I have been getting a starbucks refresher made with water for months now, and it has been AMAZING;however, today, they dropped the ball 🤦🏾‍♀️. My refresher tastes like water and very light in color, and my cheese Danish tasted like it was pulled from the freezer 🙃. I do love this location, but today, they were a bit off. Maybe tomorrow will be a better morning 🌄
