Starbucks Coffee Company

Typical Starbucks, but the staff was amazing! I was very impressed with them! I have had to spend multiple hours at this Starbucks over the past few months waiting and working. So naturally I observed the staff. They were amazing! They genuinely seemed to love working with one another and serving their customers. On several occasions I heard multiple staff members refer to regulars by their name as they arrived or excited. Nearly every time the door opened, they greeted customers with a "Hello, welcome to Starbucks" and something kind or positive as customers excited.

A smaller Starbucks but smart. Service was impeccable and friendly. I would give 5 stars but not enough cinnamon even though asked for extra. Good location in Mount Dora along 441. Will definitely be back!

I love Starbucks. I've had fantastic experiences at locations all over the country. This location sucks. My drinks were made wrong. I'm pretty sure my cold brew was actually hot coffee poured over ice because it DID NOT taste like a cold brew. Asked for no coffee in the second drink and sure enough, it had coffee in it. Waited in a short drive thru line for 20 minutes for those drinks, just to be utterly disappointed in both. The girl at the window was barely awake, unapologetic, and terrible at customer service. Skip this location. It's not worth the lousy experience.

Want to give them 5 stars, I do, but I feel they focus more on the drive through than the people in the store. Waiting over 20 mins for a pumpkin spice chai latte and people who order at the counter after me getting their drinks and food items before me is a bit much. The baristas are amazing and deserve a pay raise and a lot of love!

This is my normal go-to Starbucks and the only one I trust for good service and cleanliness!!
