I had a very large order for my daughter’s 17th birthday sleep over this morning 1/3/26 and the staff could not have been more kind! It became very busy after I placed my order and I as I sat there waiting for my order, I was impressed by how kind they were to other customers and efficiently delivering them their drinks & food. When I arrived home all orders were correct and the kids were so happy! Thank you so much!!! ☺️

This place is absolutely terrible. I did an order ahead for 2 drinks. Said a 20 min wait. I get there, waited an extra 25 mins and it still wasn’t ready. If you’re overloaded with online orders, the store should just turn them off. They seemed to be prioritizing in person orders. Won’t be going back here. I ended up leaving without my drinks and complained to customer service for my money back.

Friendly Staff and my drink was Excellent! I changed my Caramel ribbon crunch Frappaccino to nonfat milk and it Tastes Great! I am Lactose Intolerant. 1st drink is a Venti Iced Chai Latter with Non Fat Milk with.. Sweet Cream Foam. 2nd Drink is A Venti Carmel Ribbon Crunch with Extra! Syrup and Nonfat Milk with Whipped Cream. The other drink is A Venti Daragon Fruit with Lemonade Refresher Both of them can be ordered Regular or Lactose Free. Almond Milk, Oatmilk or Soy Milk. Last drink is z Venti Pistachio Frappaccino with Extra Pistachio sauce with 2% milk or order nonfat milk, soy milk or oat milk.

The inside wait time is ridiculous. Despite there being no inside line, my daughter and I waited 20-25 minutes for one drink. We watched one other family order at the register, get drinks and leave. When we asked the barista about our order, she wouldn't tell us if they had it or not or how much longer it would take.. I don’t understand why they would refuse to communicate, but Starbucks could really use a digital display of order status for their customers.

Immediately liking it here, the person who took my drink order was really nice and helpful in terms of all of my questions, and properly rang up my order using my coupon and the app and my gift card. There’s plenty of space to sit down and do work in booths or tables. Free parking. Definitely will come back soon! Decided to take a chance on the new caramel Brulé latte, and it is very good!
