Starbucks Coffee Company

First, this store and many others no longer offer pour offers. They have the same flavorless 4 or 5 flavors available at all other Starbucks. Second, the cold brew i ordered was at least half ice. If its a cold brew why is it watered down with an unnecessary amount of ice? If I had watched them make it i would have said something.

We ordered two separate items. Kaleb at the drive through messed up the order. When se said they were two separate orders, he did hmtje same thing and combined the espresso with the other drink. I was the passenger in the car and leaned over to try to explain the order abd he raised his voice with me, was very snappy with me, told me he couldnt hear a wkrd i was ssyinghear a word I was saying

We made a quick stop for an afternoon coffee. I ordered the tall Vanilla Cold Cream Brew and a cinnamon coffee cake. The servers were friendly and helpful. The store is spacious and clean. I’d recommend stopping here. The drive through is busier than come inside, but everything seemed to move fairly quickly and efficiently.

We ordered our drinks and sat 15 mins waiting for them. They had been made, but never put out to the front to grab. So when we got them, they had melted and weren't really worth drinking. We both got a frappe. So, melted drinks tastes bad after sitting. If we would have had time, I would have asked them to remake them.

Y'all need to do better. Service is always great, but new staff needs to learn to fill cups appropriately. I'm paying a ridiculous amount for coffee here, I know, I accept it. What I don't accept is paying this exorbitant amount and not getting a full cup. That's unacceptable. I'm paying for a certain amount of liquid oz am I not?
