Starbucks Coffee Company

This Starbucks location has been out of oatmilk for like three months… apparently there’s a nationwide shortage but they were the last Starbucks location on earth to get some oat milk LOL. Every Starbucks has been having major shortages, but this one definitely takes the cake. The barista‘s are super nice, friendly and always seem to be in a good mood. For some reason it always takes forever to get my actual order though, but it usually taste pretty good. My cheese danish was a little cold and taste a little different than usual, but overall it’s a solid location for a cold coffee after some shopping

Great staff but my cafe latte was not made correctly. Lack of consistency is an issue at a lot of places. I think I’m better off just making my own because it’s disappointing when I drink and drive away to only realize it is not made right. Upside the other drink I bought for my friend was perfect.

Very rude and unprofessional. Kristine with a K snatched credit card out of nieces hand when card was not working. Then when my daughter order her drink Kristine stopped, got very close to her face (confrontational) and asked her why would she get that it's going to be grainy. My daughter orders this same drink everyday and is never grainy. Obviously she does not know how to keep her opinions to herself. She shamed her into getting another drink. Very odd as if she wanted to belittle her.

Usually, the service here is not bad. However, it is often slow and today I was not given the right drink. When I asked for the right one, the woman ignored my request for less ice and did not even mix it. I was given the chai tea latte pumps and the milk on top. I was disappointed already and even more when it didn’t taste like the drink I usually get. It also ended up costing me an extra dollar. I’m not happy with the service today :(

Very rude disrespectful Sunday at 7 PM and anyway the coffee was disgusting 🤮 If you don’t like your job just quit and let us enjoy our life
