This location is great anytime I come in at night. I avoid getting macchiatos anywhere else, target stores , Shaws stores. I come here to Leicester and Colleen , Becca, Ty are fantastic to be welcomed by. Always on point and courteous.

Review I’ve bitten my tongue for a while, hoping things would improve, but today was my breaking point. I stopped in during a busy rush and watched one barista do absolutely everything; making drinks, helping customers, trying to keep things moving while clearly overwhelmed. She even asked for help. None came. What did come was poor management. A manager spent more time barking orders and carrying an attitude than actually supporting her team. At one point, she walked out, looked directly at the struggling barista, and went straight back into the back room instead of helping. This is not the first time I’ve witnessed this behavior either. I genuinely don’t understand how someone in a leadership position can watch their employee drown and choose not to step in. That’s not management, tha

Great staff and the drinks are consistent. Absolutely think the organization of the display is bonkers. During heavy traffic everyone inside waiting on line or picking up drinks gets in each other's way since it only allows one person at a time through. Honestly rotate that display 90 degrees and I'd give the atmosphere 5 stars.

After some snafus at opening with plumbing issues, it appears this location is rockin and rolling. Service was efficient. Mobile ordered so didn’t interact with workers yet. Inside has some good seating with outlets for charging. With recent snow they could use some help with sidewalks being made safe for entrance

I stopped in in an early Sunday morning while passing through. I had the opportunity to chat with the manager while she was clean in the store. My drink was made on time and perfect. The store was very clean and organized. Def one of the nicer Starbucks in MA.
