Starbucks Coffee Company

I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino through the app for pickup. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and my drink was ready when I arrived. The store looks great and everything was clean and inviting. The drink was perfect, exactly what I was hoping for.

I stopped by this Starbucks and ordered a simple Chocolate Cookie that was already prepared and sitting in the display case. It should’ve been a quick 10-second handoff, but I ended up waiting almost 10 minutes. The staff didn’t seem organized, and no one acknowledged the delay. The cookie was fine, but the service was way too slow for such an easy order. Definitely not the experience I expected.

I went inside to order my drinks and ended up waiting approximately 25 minutes. During that time, several customers who arrived after me, including multiple drive-through orders, were served first. Additionally, my vanilla iced latte with sweet cream foam had an unexpected strawberry flavor, which negatively impacted the taste and overall experience. Unfortunately, due to these service and quality issues, I do not plan to return to this location.

Atmosphere is nice, very clean inside too. The service is always great too, I’m welcomed warmly and so chipper everytime, even at 5:30am which I love. When they first opened my coffee was made correctly and breakfast was good but I gave 4 stars because the last four visits the coffee I got tasted like I was drinking nothing(two iced coffees, one caramel macchiato and one whit chocolate mocha). There was no flavor and hardly even a coffee taste either. One of the times I got a caramel macchiato and it tasted watery and not like caramel at all. I don’t usually get a lot of flavoring but it was almost as if they didn’t put any flavoring in it. The food I got was bland but okay, not expecting much from a Starbucks.

slowest service. i placed a mobile order and they said it was ready 15 minutes later, which wasnt a problem. until i was in there and my coffee in fact was NOT done and had about 10 more customers get their drink before me who had ordered after. i waited an additional 20 minutes inside before leaving. i get people are new but have a sense of peoples time and urgency.
