They saw this.. and thought it was ok to give to a customer. Not my first bad experience at this location. Ordered a frappuccino once, and it was clear they forgot the frap base (i used to work for starbucks for many years and know what that tastes like).. but I had already driven away both times. It was not even busy. I was the only one in line when i arrived at the drive thru. Always check everything before leaving.. open up that food bag, take a sip of that drink.. something that i dont tend to do, but will for sure from now on.

I’m visiting from Omaha, and had coffee here for probably about a week and this is a very well run machine. Very fast high-quality drinks. Always hot. The team seems to work well together to produce high-quality for their customers. Highly recommend

The starbucks and have a beach has the most outstanding staff. Best customer service. It's a pleasure to see them every day. Keep up the good work, ladies and some men.

edit: went back again, decided to order NO ICE because yall keep giving me 3 sips of drink and all ice, and guess what? all ice again. lazy workers who cant even make a drink! even though it was 90% ice, they didnt even fill it to the top! absolutely worthless location they always mess up my drink so I dont even tip anymore :/ several times I ask for soy and they give me regular milk, I have severe lactose intolerance. they also make gigantic clumps of matcha. also I ask for light ice and the thing is loaded to the top with ice. horrible Starbucks, inconsistent and they always pump out undrinkable drinks.
