I’ve had better conversations with self-checkout machines. At least they tell me to “have a nice day” before silently judging my items. Hailey, on the other hand, managed to elevate the art of ignoring people to an Olympic level. Truly inspiring. Between her refusal to acknowledge my existence and her commitment to zero eye contact, I began to wonder if I had accidentally turned invisible. I said “thank you.” Nothing. I said “have a good day.” Still nothing. Maybe she’s a mime? Maybe she’s on vocal rest? Maybe customer service isn’t her ministry. Either way, 0/10 for effort.

DO NOT GO HERE! CORPORATE NEEDS TO AUDIT THEM ASAP! to start i was extremely nice saying please and thank you, i stood at an empty counter for 5 minutes and had to ask how is your morning going so far before i was acknowledged, then both girls were extremely rude to me and i could even here them making fun of me for being a guy order starbucks (it was for my gf) saying how it’s annoying im their. throwing a straw at me and not even having a smile with rude remarks to me. if your not a morning person dont take morning shift, if you can’t have customer service DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

As a business owner I think most businesses success depends on employees understanding that the few seconds they have with a customer will ultimately make or break the business. A shout out to Alec at this location for doing it perfect. Who ever owns this location either corporate or personal needs to make Alec the standard on how to treat customers. It's a little shop attached to Safeway. I've never had Pumpkin Spice anything , but the guy there made an awesome Pumpkin Spice latte. It was delicious. I'll be returning for more! Service was top notch and both he and his manager had great smiles. 10 out of 10.
