I realized the reviews here aren’t as great as I would have thought. I wonder why because my experience was wonderful!! I got a matcha in my first Venti size cup, and specified the milk, the sweetener and other details of my preference. Allison was the barista and she did not confuse my order. She prepared it exactly as I had ordered it. She greeted me and my friends with a friendly smile and even asked how our day was going. I went a second time and the service was not any different. All I can say is that she is certainly doing an excellent job!!

When I order a venti, I expect my cup to be filled to a venti size. After telling the employee that my cup was not filled, she insisted that this was normal and pointed me to a self serving area where I should fill my own cup. I drank starbucks daily.I've never had anybody do this. This is not okay.

Coffee was old and watered down. Asked politely for a remake manager was at the window hostile and disrespectful saying we sound muffled when talking through the speakers obviously knowing it’s not a fault of the customers but he made it seem like it was our fault. He gave us the remade coffee and it still taste the same like the coffee was old and watered down. Then we asked politely for a refund manager asked us three times what was wrong with it and we gave him the same answer. He gave us the refund and we said “thank you” manager made no eye contact, did not apologize, nor said “have a good day” as expected with great customer service all we got was “There’s your refund”. I cried as we drove off. As someone who battles with anxiety this is not how I would want to be treated as a custo

Asked for White chocalate Mocha, extra shot and extra pump of white mocha. The expresso was terrible, weak. Seemed as no coffe was added. Neither the extra pump of whit mocha. Person as the counter didn't seem to really care, just tried to brush me off by saying thats how its supose to be. Had this drink many times. Other locatons always get it right. $$$ down the drain!!!

This morning as I approached the barista let me know that they were having difficulty with their espresso machine. She had alternatives and explained them well. Additionally the suggested alternative wound up being less expensive than the latte I'd initially intended to purchase. Excellent customer service.
