Starbucks Coffee Company

I ordered one drink and two meals. They brought us the meals very quickly, but they didn’t give me the drink. After waiting for 20 minutes, my boyfriend went to ask if it was ready. Their first reaction was to doubt us instead of trying to solve the problem. After another 10 minutes, they realized the drink had been placed somewhere else. Their attitude was very bad, and they didn’t apologize to us. The drink I finally received was half ice, with the chocolate and matcha mixed together. Not a happy experience.

I’m usually not one to review a Starbucks the ubiquitous and homogeneous worldwide, commonplace and prolific coffee house. But in this instant, not that their coffee or other products served is better than any other Starbucks, but the staff are admirable! This Starbucks is located at the crossroads of Highway 26 and Route 17. This is an intersection heavy with vehicle traffic heading four ways to a multitude of destinations with a multitude of people desirous of the products this shop has. So much so, that at every visit in our travels through here (lots of times) I have yet to see these folks slow down – they’re constantly busy. Busy location compared to others. This is more of a tourist Starbucks. Got the Carmel crunch, extra Carmel and double blended. It was not very sweet and the drink didn't seem like they added enough liquid there wasn't much to it. Tasted more ice the liquid. Also got the breakfast wrap which was very bland. But I know they don't make these by hand, but probably won't order food from Starbucks again. Pretty disappointing.

We had a great experience stopping at this Starbucks today. The lady at the cash register was friendly and efficient. Our food/drinks were out right away. The coffee wasn’t burnt, it tasted great. The bathrooms were clean and had stalls so you didn’t have to wait long. 5/5.

We were headed back from Sedona and we stopped here for coffee on the way to Phoenix. Service is great and fast. Restrooms are clean. Parking is free. They also have other accoutrements like coffee, cups, sandwiches, and desserts.
