Starbucks Coffee Company

This is the best Starbucks around. The employees are always friendly and they get your order right every time. I don’t get to visit often but I’ll sometimes make the ride just to have a pleasant experience!

This is by far the worst Starbucks in the country, being in the sales industry I travel all around, unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to my home. Every single time I order the same exact thing an 8 out of 10 times it's different from the previous order. Doesn't Starbucks as a corporate Enterprise offer training and Sops for their staff? Particularly for the baristas? You order cold foam for $1.45 extra you might be lucky to get a 16th of an inch of either an inconsistent what they call foam but it's nothing but bubbles as though it's been sitting in the blender for hours, and don't even think about asking for extra cream cold foam because you might get a half an inch of the same sort of consistency. I suggest some training, and perhaps harness Sops in your store for the multitude

Love the drive through option, and found this place to be efficient and super friendly! Also, there is a veranda with lots of tables with umbrellas. This would be a lovely place to work from jf the internet was better. Awful internet. I had to disconnect from the wifi to reload my Starbucks app. Guys. Gotta fix this!!!

I visited my local Starbucks, where I’ve been a regular customer for the past month, ordering the same matcha latte with lavender sweet foam. This time, my drink was a complete mess—spilled everywhere and missing the foam entirely. When I asked for a remake, the staff refused and rudely told me not to expect it to look like the picture. This kind of service is unacceptable. It’s disappointing and frustrating to see such a lack of care and professionalism from a place I frequent. This location needs to seriously improve its customer service standards.

I find the food and drinks at every Starbucks to be pretty much the same. What sets this Starbucks apart is the all star crew. Extremely friendly and efficient. I highly recommend!
