Starbucks Coffee Company

Today I felt like having Starbucks I ordered a large Hot caramel macchiato and a short pumpkin spice when I got home, took the lids off to reheat and this is what my pumpkin spice look like I uploaded a photo I couldn’t believe it come on Starbucks. You can do better than that. Check your orders. What is there two year-old working there?

Stormy WAS SO RUDE TO ME I refuse to patron this store again. I have already had one of their baristas slam the window in my face on another occasion but the fact that they can’t make a drink correctly because they genuinely care less if it is good for you or not is really all that needs to be said. This location should be shut down. They don’t keep it clean, their baristas don’t care about even repeat customers, and they do everything half way with no pride in their work. Terrible Starbucks don't waste your time or money here!!!

Normally don’t have this issue or either I haven’t been paying attention but this is how much drink I had when I opened my cup. I got light cream, this drink is almost 8 bucks. If I wanted a small I would have purchased one. Im a little pissed! Prices are already ridiculous then to be cheated pisses me off.

Traveling and many hours ahead — I made a quick stop for a pick-me-up, and this Starbucks crew was absolutely amazing! The young man at the register was so kind — truly an angel in disguise. He lifted my spirits with his bright smile and wonderful manners. The rest of the team was also kind and welcoming, and the store was spotless and inviting. Thank you for such a refreshing experience!

Actually been around Kaufman before there was a McDonald's in it. Let alone a Starbucks. I had a very positive experience here. Angela Michelle Vaughan is from the area not my kids fathers family. Until recently. Added two more photos. Pray for the best. Scurry rosser elementary.
