This starbucks was particularly excellent. The employee that took our order was very serious about our allergies and told us something new that we hadn’t considered about cross contamination on the frother. The drinks were perfect and quick despite a large order in front of us. Excellent service thank you.

Rude and overwhelmed staff but do not go here in a hurry. The drive through takes over 15 minutes even if there are only 2 cars in the line. This is the slowest Starbucks in Springfield. This morning I waited 18 minutes in the line with 2 cars in front of me! Then another 6 minutes to make my DRIP coffee black. This was before 7 am. This happens anytime I go. Even if I go inside, i wait longer. Avoid this one. The McDonald’s next door has way faster service if you’re in a hurry and want coffee.

An extremely friendly employee went out of their way to make sure we had our favorite coffee Pike Place even though it wasn't brewed today. I had my first experience of a pour over. Delicious. Full Accessibility is a plus.

Worst service ever! Rude and never even told anyone the register was “down”. I, as a customer, had to tell some older folks to use the mobile app. Also messed up all our drinks and argued with me about doing no ice.

This is our favorite place to stop at on our way to Branson. As a wheelchair user there is plenty of room to get around and the bathrooms are very nice. There is a lot of room in each stall/area which is a huge perk to us. The coffee here (into cold brew) is always perfection as well as their treats (we love the cake pops). The staff is very friendly and professional.
