Starbucks Coffee Company

Very good Coffee Drinks and excellent service here. However, this store has several drawbacks: 1) interior is sparsely furnished, only 5 small tables available, but there's room for more, 2) Outdoor patio has room for tables, chairs and umbrellas, but there's nothing there, 3) NO RESTROOMS FOR CUSTOMERS!, 4) All outlets are completely blocked with steel plates. The interior is beautifully redecorated and looks inviting. The mornings are super busy with tons of customers ordering ahead, a d a very busy drive thru.

Usually asking for someone’s name does t require the managers attention. Not sure why the employee thought I wanted to speak to her shift… Two times inside the same girl had same attitude. Definitely not someone I would hire for customer service. The drink the other young lady made was delicious. Mahalo

Went to this location on our way to Friendship Garden. Ordered a large latte, used the bathroom and sat in their outdoor seating. Enjoyed the latte with our malasadas from Leonard’s truck across the street. The place was not busy that morning but the staff behind the counter seemed busy, probably the drive thru. Service was just okay…it lacked enthusiasm compared to other Starbucks I’ve been to. Latte was very good!

We dined in and we were treated like a king and queen. Lana was quick and helpful. She was knowledgeable of the menu and helped me choose some good selection amidst my having still a morning brain at 9 am needing much coffee. I forgot what the breakfast sandwich was called some kind of double bacon thingamajig but it was good. I had some kind of blonde roast coffee and although I’m a dark roast guy, straight, black it was just what I needed.

The place looked great, BUSY, still happy workers ... The only thing to note is that I mobile ordered and didn't hear my name and you don't see all the cups lined up, so I waited longer than I had to. Coffee was great!
