The barista with red hair is the best, she makes the best drinks and she always makes drawings of my dog.

Never in my life have I gone to a Starbucks I had to mix my own drink. When I asked for milk and sugar when ordering he just waved to the lobby and said it’s over there. Then asked if they could mix it when making and he said no and waved over to the lobby. Now my drink has sugar sunk at the bottom because it won’t properly mix. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too.

Had another terrible experience with Starbuck's in Jackson. At least at this location we had our order taken but it was clear that none of the employees cared or wanted to be there. The customer service was terrible and our drinks were even worse. Most burnt tasting expresso I've ever had. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the headache and go to Cowboy Coffee Co. instead.

Unfriendly stuff. The cappuccino was very weak and not tasty. After I complained the tried to sell my an extra shot. I will not buy at Starbucks anymore. It's getting worse...
