Above and beyond. Came here after a hard workout and gained some calories back but could’ve gotten sugar-free. Well, worth it still. It feels like I’m in the West Coast. The workers keep the place clean and bougie. I would definitely come here again and bring my family and my friends. Great atmosphere and great place to relax.

The Drink is no different than any other Starbucks. The employees who work have awful attitudes depending on the Tip. When l went through the drive through it was misheard that l ordered a venti and got a grande so I asked if I could get a venti and id pay the difference, with a horrible attitude and slamming around the drinks she made it without saying anything, acting like customers are completely oblivious to them. Definitely had better customer service.

The food and beverages are probably standard for a Starbucks - and same level of quality. An order in advance was prepared in time and easily to pickup. (You do have to pick up inside, using 5 minute pickup-oriented parking; apparently, order ahead isn't available at the drive through.) I did have an issue with service and I suspect this has to do with being a relatively new location and lack of experience: my long-functional gift card was "expired" - and it really remains functional according to Starbucks own app. Otherwise, the staff provided good refreshment.

Wouldn’t honor the guarantee if you didn’t like the drink they would make you another one. Rachel wasn’t having it. I even showed her the policy. She said no. I went ahead and purchased another drink. I won’t be back.

Angie has been at the window many of the times I’ve visited. I told her she sounds like she should be on the radio. She was so funny and sweet to ask me about my morning. She certainly put some positivity out there which definitely helped my grumpy attitude.
