Visited Sunday morning 2/8. Very impressed with Naomi’s service. She’s friendly and with a great smile she helped me. My order was a simple large Pike with cream on the side and a cup of ice. Had mixed feelings about other Starbuck’s locations in the past. Naomi put my macro faith in the company back. Thx. I’ll be back.
If you’re looking for above and beyond customer service this location is it. They not only make your order perfect they go above and beyond to make you feel loved. Nick and lexi and Ethan are the best. It reeled wrong to say names where I don’t know everyone. The whole staff is amazing. Thank you page road Starbucks!
It’s too bad there isn’t a zero star option. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer since 2010, and I mean multiple times a week, all over the world. This morning I ordered 2 lattes and 4 food items. $40 later and half-way through my ham and cheese baguette, I spotted something green in my cheese. Yes in, not on. After all, this wasn’t blue cheese, so I was a bit confused. Thinking it was a random piece of chive or parsley, though odd, I tried to get it out. Well, it wasn’t a chive or parsley, or anything edible for that matter. It was MOLD! Yes, MOLD! I called the store and they apologized and offered zero concern for my health or even a refund. I got my usual this morning and whoever wrote among us people and “you have been ejected” plus “there are no imposters left!” deserves a raise. This is the best hand written note I’ve ever gotten. Totally tops the “you rock” and “have a good day.” Keep it up, you made my day brighter! Plus the drink tasted amazing!!!!
