This is the most perfect drink. Take the recipe and repeat it. Or try it again with scops of dragon fruit and pineapple 🍍 instead of the strawberry 🍓. They were out of dragon fruit on 6/12..

Came here to pick up a door dash. All the workers ignored me & acted stuck up. The order was ready they had the bag turned around so I couldn’t see the name so I had no idea. Not 1 worker asked may I help you or said anything at all. They’re rude & stuck up & make you feel invisible.

This place has great seats that recline and also are heated. Sound is pretty great and the screens are large. Although the seats are great, I kept hitting the heated seat button which was kind of annoying. If they were located in a different spot, not directly next to your leg, that would be great.

Went on a Saturday at 2:00 p.m. and there was only 2 employees. Which made for a VERY long wait for our order. When we finally got all of our stuff 3 out of 8 items in our order was messed up. I wasn't too upset, just a little frustrated. They obviously was understaffed. If there wasn't a huge line waiting to order and a huge line waiting for their stuff I would've spoken up so they could've corrected our order. I work with the public so I know how it is. I just felt bad for the employees. I'm sure they felt overwhelmed.

This Starbucks has improved from the past. There used to be flies all around the stand as you walked in and out at Kroger. This was about a year ago. Now I go regularly. I believe the morning employees are the best because they’re most attentive and knowledgeable. You tend to get the teenagers in the evenings where your chances of getting a bad order is higher. They tend to be out of toppings for drinks or drizzle that goes over the whip cream pretty often. Customer service has always been a plus. Overall I live down the street and will continue to go.
