Starbucks Coffee Company

I love shopping at this Kroger market I always get a coffee from Starbucks before I shop. Typically i never have any issues with the customer service but I have noticed a pattern of the same girl with blonde hair always seems to have an attitude or just don’t seem to happy when I come in to shop in the evening after I get off. Besides that I think this is a great place and everyone else seems to be nice.

Oh my, this Starbucks truly is a lovely little place, and most of the time I enjoy stopping by there very much. The drinks are good, the place is pretty, and usually everyone is quite kind. However, I have noticed that when you go closer to closing time, the mood changes a bit. Some of the workers seem rather short and not very pleasant, which is a shame. There is one young lady in particular, with blond hair, who almost always has an attitude. Nearly every time I come in, she seems irritated and unfriendly, normally on her phone and it makes me feel quite unwelcome.

I stopped by today and they were offering samples of one of the drinks. I actually ended up liking it so much that I ordered the full size. The girl with purple hair was super friendly and even helped me figure out how to use my Starbucks app. There was also another girl with long blonde hair who was really sweet too. Overall, great experience. So glad this store is open!!

We came in for Moonlight Madness, and theh were offering samples. A barista named Lizzy was helping the kids paint pumpkins and was so sweet and amazing with them. She even told me about her favorite Starbucks drinks it was such a fun experience.

Visiting from out of town and placed a mobile order here. Upon driving to the location, per Google maps, this store does not exist. It was just a lot of grass next to a Publix. I drove around thinking maybe it had relocated but it wasn't until I checked closer at the Starbucks app that I noticed that it said "Kroger" and then realized it must be inside the Kroger across the street. Note - there is no sign by the road indicating this. And note below on Google, the location is completely wrong. I can understand a small coffee shop where this may happen but a massive chain such as Starbucks, not acceptable. Especially since I didnt see a number listed to see if I could get my mobile order refunded on the chance I didnt end up finding the location. Terrible.
